ServiceCam currently uses Authorize.net hosted payment collection for credit card billing. Saved payment-method management is handled through secure hosted billing components presented inside the ServiceCam dashboard.

ServiceCam currently uses Authorize.net hosted payment collection for credit card billing. Saved payment-method management is handled through secure hosted billing components presented inside the ServiceCam dashboard.
When a card is added or updated, Authorize.net may perform a processor validation in the amount of 0.00 or 0.01 depending on card brand and processor rules. Successful validation may be immediately voided by the payment processor.
The ServiceCam monthly subscription is billed on the cadence shown during signup or in the dashboard. Charges continue on the renewal cadence until canceled. If the payment method fails or the subscription becomes unhealthy, live-call access may be paused until billing is corrected.
You may cancel from the dashboard or by contacting support@servicecam.pro. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. It does not automatically refund already processed charges unless ServiceCam approves a refund or a refund is otherwise required.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@servicecam.pro with your company name, account email, and the billing date so we can review the issue. ServiceCam may rely on account records, session history, and payment-processor metadata when evaluating billing questions or disputes.
